Transparency in billing is essential to us. Below you will find a detailed explanation of the available payment models depending on the type of customer.

1) End Customers

FastSpring – Primary Billing Partner

For end customers, we use the international payment platform FastSpring, which operates as the Merchant of Record.

FastSpring handles invoice issuance, VAT compliance based on the customer’s country, secure payment processing, and fraud protection.

Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
Global tax compliance
Payment details are not stored within WEDOS Online infrastructure

Billing Process

Automatic billing once per month
Invoices issued after reaching 100 CZK or at the end of the billing period
Tax invoice delivered electronically

2) Partners with a WEDOS Account (EWM)

If you use the EWM (Early Warning Monitoring) system, billing is handled directly by WEDOS.

In this model, FastSpring is not used. Invoices and payment processing are handled directly by WEDOS.

For business partners, agencies, IT companies, and resellers, we offer a prepaid credit-based billing model.
